You might be a coach's wife if................ everyone in town knows about your husbands job, how much money he makes, they talk about him on the radio, write about him in the paper, critique his work, his weight, and his looks. And they give a weekly report on how he is doing that they can talk, and talk about, usually with someone who has no idea how to do said job themselves.
You might be a Coach's daughter if...............Your friends at school make you want to punch them in the face! And when you do slap them, the teacher tells them they deserved that one.
You might be a coach's wife if people think you have control over what gets printed in the paper... You might be a coach's wife if the media calls you way later than is appropriate and your husband has to choose whether to not to try to set the story straight or spend more time away from his family. Sigh... Hang in there!
